CN Tower

Katie and I got all dressed up for a night out on the town in downtown Toronto. First stop was CN Tower, then on to dinner and drinks in the distillery district. We took tons of pictures at CN Tower, but we totally forgot to take pictures at dinner and the distillery district. We had a great meal at Mill St. Brewery and, of course, had to try a sampler of their microbrews. The CN Tower was crazy tall (previously the tallest in the world until this year when they opened the Burj Khalifa in Dubai). It had lots of cool little nooks to get your heart pounding. Katie was perfectly comfortable hanging out inside, but I explored the outside deck where the wind was blowing really hard 1,152 ft up in the air! They also had a glass floor where you could look straight down 114 floors! The elevator ride up also had glass walls and a glass ceiling. Katie couldn't bear to look, not being the biggest fan of heights, but she was still glad to survive such heights.
