Michael Symon is the Iron Chef of America and owns some of the best restaurants in Cleveland. The food on his menus are very simple yet so original and delicious. He is probably the second most famous person in Cleveland (aside from King James). Chris, knowing that I am the worst cook ever, got me Michael Symon's new cookbook for Valentine's Day. Michael was doing a book signing at the local bookstore, so we met him and got my book signed!
